I would start off by saying I've never been happier to be wrong in my audio-listening life.  I could be alone in this but I've never heard of your company before I purchased the Air Pro 4's. I've always gotten more commercially pushed names like Sony, Sennheiser, Bose, Bang and Olufsen, Master and Dynamics, and even Soundcore.  I was never opposed to getting other brands but just didn't spend a lot of time researching or looking for other brands.  So when I started to see all these reviews about how great of a sound the Air pro 4s were, I started to get interested.  

Now, to be honest, I was very unbelieving of the reviews and the hype pushed about your product even though all the information showed all the checked boxes. LDAC/Aptx lossless check, ANC check, Hear thru check, Phone quality check, multi-pairing ability check, EQ plus customization with App check. But when I saw the price, I just couldn't believe that this price could get the actual RND needed to create truly top-class results. But once I got them and got the settings dialed in the way I wanted, everything proved itself to be exactly what the hype was on these and I couldn't have been happier to be corrected and wrong in my life. 

Look I don't know how this was accomplished and frankly, I don't even care. All I know is that for the first time in my life, such a price difference of $80 defeated all my $200-$300 Bluetooth earphones.  This thing punched well above its price point just like promised.  The soundstage is so wide, the imaging is tied with the very best I've ever experienced, the bass is layered and impactful with bleeding into the mids, the mids are details, and the highs shine through without the overdoing S's and T's. The ANC is tied with the very best in the world today as well. I mean this earphone just kicks so much tech-ass that I think it has redefined with is truly possible in this space. 

My only top request to make them better: Phone quality should be better and the delay in the touch controls needs to be removed, it needs to be more accurate in its response instead of the small delay and sound that follows.
