Air Pro 4 outgoing calls. I keep getting told that the connection is bad.

I have a persistant out going call issue with my new Air Pro 4's. 

 

Comments:

I can't hear you...

The connection is bad...

You are breaking up...

and more

 

I then turn Bluetooth off my Google Pixel 10 and switch to the phone speaker and everything is fine.

 

Does anyone know if this has been an issue that is known or if it's potentially a hardware problem?
