I received a pair of Air Pro 2 earbuds the other day. According to the instruction manual included with the packaging, pressing the left earbud for 2 seconds is the way to switch between ANC settings.
My earbuds will only do this while unpaired from a device. I cannot switch ANC settings while paired to a device (laptop, phone, etc.).

We kindly suggest you reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:
Step 1: Place both earbuds into the charging case.
Step 2: Keep the charging case open, press and hold the charging case button for at least 8s until both earbuds flash in purple, then earbuds have been reset successfully.
Step 3: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 2".
As for the tap control, we kindly suggest you clean the tap area first and then tap the center point of the button to control. Sometimes, you may also need to control the rhythm and frequency of tapping and try several times more to be familiar with the operation and then you will touch the correct area and control the earbuds.
You can also hold the left earbud in your left hand, tap the touch area with the index finger of your right hand to see if it works normally.
