Okay so I had a pair of earfun airs that were perfect until one stopped working. That was fine as they were still under warranty and I got a new pair. My new pair have been perfect but unfortunately I lost one. I lost the left one but the left earbud from the old pair still works. Wondering could I pair the two together?
It is related to the batch; different batches may not be able to pair with each other. You can try resetting the earbuds to see if they can be paired.
If your earbud model is EarFun Air S, the reset steps are as follows:
Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.
Step 2. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
Step 3. Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 10 seconds until the LED indicator on both earbuds flashes in purple.
Step 4. Search and reconnect “EarFun Air S".
