Hi all,

I have the Airrfun Air earbuds, and I have them connected to my Windows 7 computer, but it says  there is an error on the earbuds, and the computer does not recognize them as a valid mic/speaker option, its not listed as an input or output device.

is there a driver or something that I need to load to make them work with a PC?

I'm doing this for use in Zoom on my computer.

Hi friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We kindly suggest you upgrade the system of your computer, reboot your computer and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2. Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.

Step 3. Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for 8 seconds until the LED indicator on both earbuds flash in purple 3 times.

Step 4. Search and reconnect “EarFun Air".

Below is the video link showing the complete steps of resetting and reconnecting for your ref.
