1. Forcefully clean the contacts of the earphones and the charging case with an alcoholic cotton swab.
2. Press the earphones with force to eliminate loose contact with the case. Use the charging cable to charge the case and earphones for 2 hours.
3. Reboot your phone and reset the earphones.
Step 1: Unpair the old connection from your Bluetooth device and turn off Bluetooth.
Step 2: Put both earphones into the charging case, close the lid, and wait for 30 seconds.
Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for over 10s until both earphones flash in purple.
Step 4: The earphones have been successfully reset and re-entered pairing mode, with the LED indicators on the earbuds flashing blue quickly, then flashing blue slowly.
Step 5: Reactivate Bluetooth and then reconnect to “EarFun Free Pro 3".
