I'm having trouble with skipping track back/forward command on both R/L buttons. The volume responds & pause /stop works fine. I've pressed the buttons 3x but no response. I have a Samsung android phone.
It's frustrating because I wear these when I walk & can't read my phone in the sunlight. I want to use the commands on the buds.

If the other touch functions can work well, it means that there is no technique issue with the earbuds.
We kindly suggest you clean the tap area first and then tap the center point of the button to control. Sometimes, you may also need to control the rhythm and frequency of tapping and try several times more to be familiar with the operation and then you will touch the correct area and control the earbuds.
You can hold the left earbud in your left hand, tap the touch area with the index finger of your right hand to see if it works normally. You can also change another app or device to test.
