Earfun Air problem with charging and right earbud

Hi,

i've purchased brand new Air earbuds, tried connecting them to my phone, only left worked. I've tried to charge earbuds but on the right one LED light doesn't even turn on (left lights up orange and works fine). After placing right earbud earbud or case makes cracking/ static noises. Tried to clean contact areas with alcohol swabs and toothpick.
