Earfun Airpro 2 - making telephone does not work

hello there,

I bought the Earfun Airpro 2  in Feb 2022 which has been decently good enough till recently.

for the past week Earfun Airpro 2 - making telephone does not work.  no amount of resetting

or any other thing seems to work.  Any suggestions or do they replace as it will be under 2 year warrantly

or something

We kindly suggest you reboot your phone and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:


Step 1: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 2: Keep the charging case open, press and hold the charging case button for at least 8s until both earbuds flash in purple, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 3: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 2".


We also suggest you try to connect the earbuds to other models of devices to check whether it is still the same situation.
