Earfun airs won't connect to my phone

I'm not sure what's happened, they just aren't showing up on my phone today,  searching for new device to pair they don't come up. They're charged and I can hear them beep if I touch them as if I'm turning the volume up or down but just can't connect. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.

 

1. Please use the charging cable to charge the case and the earbuds for 2 hours.

 

2. Reboot your phone and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

 

Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2. Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.

Step 3. Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for 8 seconds until the LED indicator on both earbuds flash in purple 3 times.

Step 4. Search and reconnect “EarFun Air".

 

3. We also suggest you try to connect the earbuds to other models of devices to test whether it is still the same situation.
