I got the earphones 2 weeks ago and the case starts flashing blue when charging. It doesn't charge the earphons in it.

Hi friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.

For the charging case:

Under this circumstance for trouble-shooting, we would suggest you use our original usb-c cable and try switching different cables also even sockets to exclude the reasons of external factors. When the four indicators on the charging case are all white, it means that the case is fully charged.

If you have a wireless charger, could you please try charging the case for 3.5 hours via it? We kindly suggest you try to adjust the place and put the case in the center of the charger.

For the earbuds:

A. Use a toothpick to gently clean the metal contacts on the earbuds and charging case to avoid dust or wax stains;

B. Clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case with an alcohol cotton swab; (especially the groove of the earbud contacts);

C. Rub them with clean napkins, press the earbuds with forces to eliminate loose contact with the case and charge them for around 1.5 hours to try it out. (Ensure the case has enough battery life simultaneously).

If the above methods still could not solve your issues, please email our customer service team via service@myearfun.com or submit the warranty ticket on our official website: https://www.myearfun.com/process-warranty. EarFun provides an 18-month warranty for every product. Your satisfaction is always greatly important to us.

Sincerely,

EarFun Customer Service Team
