Hi - I have an unacceptable buzzing and hissing through my left Air Pro 2 ear bud, but only when noise cancelling is on. The irony is that in ambient or normal mode the noise disappears. I have tried different devices and also resetting the buds but it hasn't helped. It gets worse every time I switch it on. Then occasionally there is a popping noise and the interference disappears.
It always comes back. Does anyone have a fix for this?
