I tried to use a link provided by customer support in an earlier post. Can you send me the link please? Also, I use a Mac and Safari. Do forsee any issues getting the new firmware?

I don't think you can update the firmware on Mac, it's possible on Windows only.

This is correct. No Mac support, unfortunately.
