Having trouble upgrading firmware. When installing firmware, stuck at 5% at "Download ADFUS" part.

Update: I resolved my issue by switching USB-C cables. The other one worked for my other speaker, but wouldn't work for the 2nd speaker. 

The update actually failed, so I started having issues with the speaker till I referred to another thread that said to keep trying to upgrade to get the speaker working again. I just did random things like plugging in and out the USB-C cable, restarting the program till I could get the upgrade working. Issues resolved.
