L woofer pushing air and noise for lower frequency

I just bought the speaker , and tried few songs and I have a "farting sound problem". the woofer on the left does that strange noise on songs with strong bass even at 20-30% volume, is it a software or an hardware problem ? FW is 0.4.5.

I contacted you on amazon and no reply after 5 days, it's a 1 star review for me
