Hello,
I sent an email to service@myearfun.com on Sunday, Sept 24 at 1:04pm EST regarding the lack of sound coming from the left earbud but have not received an acknowledgment or reply.
In addition to supplying the order number, i attached a copy of the order and tried the suggested steps to resolve the issue to no avail.
Please provide and update and resolution ASAp
