left bud cant turn on, right bud connect to bluetooth device

Hi,

my lovely boyfriend gifted me an earfun air S and it has only been 4 months and im facing a strange issue.

my left ear bud for some reason cant turn on and my right ear bud keeps having this blue light flashing non stop. the whole device cant even be detected on any bluetooth devices and i have tried to factory reset it.

i have tried many other methods such as charging, cleaning, draining battery out and recharging it but nothing seem to work!

please help, my boyfriend said he didnt recieve any receipt of the purchase...

Have you cleaned with an alcohol cotton swab? If not, please clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case with an alcohol cotton swab (especially the groove of the earbud contacts) and then charge the earbuds for two hours to try.
