When noise canceling is on for my Air Pod 2s the left bud  makes a whistling sound.....almost like a long continuous beep.  Also the sound is lower compared to the right bud. I love the sound quality of the buds but this is pretty unacceptable.....I've only had these since Aug of this year. Any help you can offer is appreciated.

Hi friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.

1. Reboot your device and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3: Keep the charging case open, press and hold the charging case button for at least 8s until both earbuds flash in purple, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4: Search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 2".

2. We also suggest you try to connect the earbuds to other models of devices to test whether it is still the same situation. Please also switch other ear tips we offer to you and then wiggle tightly the earbuds to the best place to wear to have a try.

3. A. We kindly suggest you wrap the earbud with your hands, then blow air into the inner filter mesh of the earbud several times to have a try. To provide better sound, the sealing of our headphones is better than that of other headphones when the volume is reduced, perhaps because of the air pressure. When you take it off from your ear, the sound pressure deforms the sound filter mesh.

B. We would suggest you use toothpicks to gently clean out the part near the caps from dust or wax, clean with cotton swab alcohol and then rub them with clean napkins to have a try because accumulated dust or wax on the caps would block out or diminish the volume.

C. If the above suggestions don’t work, we suggest you use a small brush to scrub, rinse the earbuds, then shake water off the earbuds and dry them for 2 days to have a try.

If the above methods still could not solve your issues, please email our customer service team via service@myearfun.com or submit the warranty ticket on our official website: https://www.myearfun.com/process-warranty. EarFun provides an 18-month warranty for every product. Your satisfaction is always greatly important to us.

Sincerely,

EarFun Customer Service Team
