Purchased the buds about a year ago and have had no issues until today. My left earbuds ran out of charge so I put it in the case but it wouldn't charge. My case and right earbuds are both at 100% charge. And I've also tried letting it sit in the case with the charger connected to the case but the left side will still not charge.
Next I tried cleaning the pins and connection areas on the earbuds but nothing changed. Then I tried resetting it. Went to the Bluetooth settings on my phone and removed it but now when I scan for the earphones nothing shows up.
Now, when I open my case both sides light up temporarily then the left light turns off and the earbud in the right sides starts flashing non stop.
Is there anyway this can be fixed?
