The earbuds had been working great for about 9 months, but the left earbud randomly stopped playing sound. I can still control volume, pause/play, and skip songs, but I cant hear anything out of it. It doesnt play audio or even say when its turning on and off. I've tried factory resetting it multiple times but nothing seems to work.
