HI EarFun team,

I have just purchased a EarFun UBOOM L, the firmware verision is  4.5.

While I have no issue when connected to my android phone or to my old Windows 10 laptop, when connected to my new Windows 11 laptop the max volume is very limited (almost compartable with the laptop own integrated speakers) and the UBOOM doesn'n seems to accept any input from the button  like indoor or out door setting.

I have already  updated my Win 11 bluethoot and audio driver to the latest version available on the internet.

Are you aware of any UBOOM-Win11 incompatibility issue?

Can my UBOOM unit be defective?

What do you suggest me to do?

Thanks in advannce

Leonardo

Hi Leonardo,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

If the speaker can work normally with your phone, we are afraid that there is no quality issue with the speaker.

We kindly suggest you reboot your laptop and then simultaneously press and hold the "Volume +" and "Volume -" buttons for 5 seconds at least to reset and reconnect the speaker. Please also check the audio setting of your laptop after connecting the speaker.

Hope the above suggestions work.

Sincerely,

EarFun Customer Service Team
