The EarFun Air Pro SV is the same thing as the FIIL CG Pro. This is just a rebranded product. If this is not true then what is the difference between the 2 items?

If they are the same product then why does EarFun make a big deal about a product that has been around for awhile? I sure would like to know.

Thanks.

I see no response from EarFun. What good is this community form when the company will not respond to a very legitimate question?

It's FIIL CG Pro and not CC Pro.

For one, they are making it available globally. FIIL products are only available in Asia. Importing it them from China would be more expensive to Europeans because of taxes.

Secondly, their  tuning is  always different from the FIIL counterparts (most of the time better).

Third is that their ANC is improved from FIIL's, as reported by several users that have used previous models from FIIL and Earfun themselves.

It has been known for a long time that they have a partnership with FIIL so no surprise there. The only thing Earfun was missing was a mobile app, which is now resolved.

So  do you work for the company?

If not then this is your opinion not the companies opinion.

I sure would like to hear from the company , not an end user as this is their board and should respond in an appropriate amount of time.

As far as the APP goes, I see there have been some issues already with it.

No, I did not know that FIIL and EarFun had any type of relationship.

No, I don't work for the company.

Of course it is my opinion, but you can clearly see the advantages. It is an aggravating topic for the company, especially when they are partnered. So they cannot claim they are better than their partners.

Previous Earfun models like Free Pro 2 and Free Pro were also produced by FIIL (or at least identical). So it's not hard to figure out they have a partnership.

I don't like defending corporate, however don't expect a reply from them. Also I think you would be more succesful contacting their support email.

I had sent an email to support but got no reply back. That is why I was asking  on here but I can clearly see their support is lacking. Just become something looks similiar does not mean it is the same thing. I can assume all I want as the earbuds do look alike but that is why I wanted to know the differences.

They provide an outlet for asking questions etc. but cannot bother to respond to their customers at all.  That is not good customer service and as such, I doubt they would do much for the customer should something go wrong with the earbuds.

Well, at least that is how I preceive how things would go. Especially if they are this way before the sale even takes place.
