No difference between noise cancelling and normal.

I have just purchased Earfun Air Pro 2 as they  advertised  as  have active noise cancelling, however, i cannot hear any differnce between normal model and noise cancelling, the only change i experience is if a use ambient mode and that increases the background nosie.   I am using the left tap facility to  rotate through modes, but these ear phones are useless on a flight or in a  noisy environment.  Very disappointed.
