Sound dropping in and out

Hi,

Just got 2 L's and the music is dropping out when connected via bluetooth to iPhone 13.

It is not caused by notifications and seems to be getting worse (more frequent)

I am hesitant to upgrade firmware after reading the forums here.

What is causing the sound to stop/start?

Does this issue happen in stereo mode?

 

We kindly suggest you reboot your phone and then simultaneously press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" buttons for 5 seconds at least to reset and reconnect the speaker.

 

We also suggest you try to connect the speaker to other models of devices and try it somewhere the network is better to test whether it is still the same situation. Also, try the speaker on different occasions to see if it persists because the outer interference is uncontrollable.
