I am travelling on 2nd October 2023 to Nepal and I an currently at Australia. My order number is EAU-230903-9F73BA my uboom l battery doesn't last. My Gmail is sbhusal711@gmail.com where I have sent an email to service@earfun I haven't been replied back. As I am leaving the country I am very confused. Please help me, can I replace my order from Nepal. Can earfun deliver my product to Nepal.
I am concerned if it's not sorted today. I will be at Nepal.
