uboom l doesn't output sound on desktop though bluetooth connected and output selected

Hi,

I've having issue use uboom l as my laptap output device. The bluetooth is connected and I also selected as the default output device. But no sound comes out from it. Could anyone help with it?

May we know the model of your laptop?

We kindly suggest you upgrade the system of your laptop, reboot your laptop, and then simultaneously press and hold the "Volume +" and "Volume -" buttons for 5 seconds at least to reset and reconnect the speaker.

We also suggest you try to connect the speaker to other models of devices to test whether it is still the same situation.
