Weird sound on my right earbud

I purchased the device in September, and everything worked normally until I encountered an issue with the sound on the right earbud. There is a loud and noisy sound when I use Noise Cancelling mode and Ambient Sound mode, while Normal mode works fine.

I have tried a factory reset, but it did not resolve the issue

Please help.
