The tiny rubber rings on my EarFun Free Pro have lost their elasticity and have fallen off frequently. I have lost the left side.

Where can I obtain spare ear bud rings?

Thanks for choosing EarFun.

If you purchased the earbuds on our official store or Amazon official store and the order is under the warranty period. We could apply to send you them for free. Please kindly send your order number to our customer service team: service@myearfun.com.

Sincerely,

EarFun
