Hi team
Could you share the release note of the firmware 0.5.0 that was just released?
Could you attach a release note to the firmware in the phone app itself, it would be way more convenient.
Thanks
Bug report: It looks like the audio connection with my mac is now terrible since the upgrade. The sample rate is stuck at 16kHz instead of 44.1kHz.
Hi friend,
Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We have confirmed with our product team and we just adjusted the EQ in the new firmware. How about we send you the previous firmware to try? Please email our customer service team via service@myearfun.com and we will send the file to you.
Sincerely,
EarFun Customer Service Team
I have been asking for this for months. You need to release patch notes for your firmware updates so that we as customers can confirm that they work and report any related bugs that show up with a new firmware update.
This is basic customer service and it's very frustrating that you don't seem to take it seriously.
