Air Pro 3 - Bass not working in right ear

This is the second set of  Air Pro 3 ear buds I have had that have developed this same issue... For whatever reason the bass in the right ear bud is completely gone...  Not only that but it seems that the right ear bud is stuck between normal and ambient sound mode (in both normal and noise cancelling mode, when nothing is playing through the earbuds I can hear more external noise through my right ear than my left )

Last time this happened I was given a list of things to try (cleaning, factory reset, etc) and none of them worked the first time, and they havent worked this time either. This issue persits no matter the device they are connected to.  When they work, these earbuds are amazing... but having leaking external noise and a lack of bass in one ear is very aggrivating. 

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have reccomendations?

I I think I will return the headphones to the manufacturer, I no longer have the strength to look for a solution. I have a Oneplus12 and in the Earfun app I want to enable LDAC. But it keeps telling me to turn off dual linking. I did that and it still doesn't work! This means that the manufacturer promised an LDAC codec, and it doesn't work. Please take these headphones away since you are providing something that doesn't work!
