I am glad to see we can submit suggestions. I cannot yet speak about the products, mine is for the delivery.
I apologise in advance if what I am about to say is not meant for this section.
I ordered my headphones to Hungary. The order was submited to the Amazon Warehouse and then UPS was supposed to deliver. Unfortunately, it seems that UPS does not receive the contacts of the customer and they could not call me. After a couple of days of "unsuccessful" deliveries I got an email that the headphones can be picked from their office. UPS does not offer any contact with the courier during the delivery process. Meanwhile I had to go under quarantine so I will not be getting my device anytime soon.
I know it its not entirely EarFun or UPS fault. But maybe it is worth checking why the courier services do not receive the contacts of the customers.
