Air 4 Noise cancelling mode as default

1. When you put the earbuds in the charging case with the lid open and switch to noise-canceling mode in the app, the earbuds automatically switch back to normal mode.

2. When the in-ear detection feature is on, the earbuds switch to normal mode when they’re out of your ears, and you can’t change to any other mode in the app.

3. If you want to use both earphones, please simply take them out of the charging case.

If you want to use only one earphone and leave the other one in the charging case, please close the lid of the charging case.

If you want to use only one earphone without putting the other one into the charging case, please turn off the in-ear detection feature.
