Air Pro 3 - Left Earbud Not Working

Hello there,

In 2023.10.31 I purchaced a pair of the EarFun Air Pro 3 - Blue Color.

Barely used it. Went to use it today and the Left earbud doesn't work.

Tried charging it to no avail. The led doesn't flash blue nor red when I open the case, remove and return it.

The right earbud is functioning alright.

I also tried reseting them to factory settings, the right one flashes purple indicating it worked but the left one doesn't.

Appreciate any help around it!
