Air pro 3 noise problem with ANC

I bought recently m'y buds After satisfaying 2 years with Air pro #1.

But on my New 3, I have a very disturbing noise in my right Bud only with ANC, liké interferences.

I try to disconnect, erase my connections, put thé buds in thé case and push the button 10s for reset.

But nothing good.

If you can't help me, i'll resend it to seller.

Does the noise of the earbuds last forever regardless of the environment? For example, in an environment with strong interference.


We kindly suggest you try to reboot your device and then reset and reconnect the earbuds again:

Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 8s until both earbuds flash in purple, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4: Search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 3".


We also suggest you try to connect the earbuds to other models of devices to test whether it is still the same situation. Please also switch other ear tips we offer to you and then wiggle tightly the earbuds to the best place to wear and clean the sound hole and the microphone hole to make sure they are not blocked by dirt.
