I had conneted my Air Pro's to my PC with an old bluetooth adapter. They connected fine but the quality and range was crap due to the adapter. I replaced the adapter and right after installing the new adapter, I turned on the Air Pro's and tried to connect to the name of my PC and it fails.
Not only that, but now two new devices show up in the list on the app as "UNKNOW" and the buds randomly connect to them, without any audio from my phone or the PC. I can't seem to remove the Air Pods from my PC nor can I remove the "UNKNOW"s from the list on the app.
I have already tried a factory reset of the Air Pro's but the "UNKNOW"s are still there.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
