Air will connect in Windows 11 but then disconnects & no sound

Have a new Win11 PC and the Earfun Air  is recognised by Win11 during setup but Win11 then asks if PIN Code matches. PIN is displayed as 6 digits but never 0000 & I cannot change the code on the PC, only accept what is on the screen or cancel the pairing.
I have reset the Air buds, multiple times.
Uninstalled the Bluetooth devices from the PC, multiple times.
Changed the Bluetooth settings as per a Microsoft technical reply.
None of these things have allowed the Airs to pair fully with the PC so they work.

Just to make sure the Airs are working, I paired them to my Samsung phone in under 30 seconds.
