i bought Earfun Air Pro 4 last year, i raised one query and couldn't get proper reply.
i mentioned that during call anc is not working properly and for that i got the reply posting below
When using the Air Pro 4 for phone calls, both ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) and ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) are active, and all three FB (Feedback) microphones are used. Because these microphones need to capture your voice while reducing background noise at the same time, the noise cancellation effect during calls may not be as strong as when listening to music — this is normal. Also, if you're in a particularly noisy environment, the earbuds may still struggle to cancel out all background noise.
All noise cancellation products, regardless of the brand or company, are designed to reduce background noise and improve voice clarity during calls. In fact, with noise cancellation enabled, voices are generally clearer than without it. However, since the earbuds must capture your voice while suppressing other sounds, there's an unavoidable trade-off. Noise reduction doesn’t mean complete noise elimination — no product can fully remove all background noise when making calls. The goal is to minimize unwanted noise while ensuring your voice remains clear.
