Hi, I boyght my air pro 3 about half a ear ago. And Anc used to work very Well until now. Now when I seitch between normal and Noise canceling mode I cannot notice any change. I tried hard reset but that did not helped. Wonderimg maybe microphones need some cleaning but not sure.

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.
1. Reboot your device and reset and reconnect the earbuds.
Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.
Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.
Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 10s until both earbuds flash in purple, then earbuds have been reset successfully.
Step 4: Search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 3".
Note: After flashing purple, the earbuds will flash blue quickly. Do not take the earbuds at this time, wait for the earbuds to flash blue light slowly, and then search the earbuds on your device and connect.
2. Kindly update the firmware of the earbuds to the latest version.
