Has anyone received their EarFun Ear Pro SV yet?
Per their website, the earbuds were to ship from the USA and should arrive in 2 to 8 days. That is NOT the case at all. They are being shipped from China. Who knows when they will arrive as there has been a lot of misinformation as to when the earbuds did actually ship. However, this week, they updated the shipping website to say the pre-orders will ship from China. That was not there before. Very misleading to say the least.
According to customer service, they have shipped but no update for 1 week with the shipping company and then another tracking number is for the United States Postal Service. No update on that tracking as they have not even received the package.
Something is not right here but customer service is not very honest as to what is going on. If I had known about any of these problems I would not have bothered to do business with this company. I do not care how good a product is, if the company cannot be honest with their fulfillment and other issue then that is a company this is hiding something.
That is my opinion but the facts speak for themselves.
