Anyone Receive EarFun Ear Pro SV

Has anyone received their EarFun Ear Pro SV yet? 

Per their website, the earbuds were to ship from the USA and should arrive in 2 to 8 days. That is NOT the case at all. They are being shipped from China. Who knows when they will arrive  as there has been a lot of misinformation as to when the earbuds did actually ship. However, this week, they updated the shipping website to say the pre-orders will ship from China. That was not there before. Very misleading to say the least.

According to  customer service, they have shipped but no update for 1 week with the shipping company and then another tracking number is for the United States Postal Service.  No update on that tracking as they have not even received the package.

Something is not right here but customer service is not very honest as to what is going on. If I had known about any of these problems I would not have bothered to do business with this company. I do not care how good a product is, if the company cannot be honest with their fulfillment and other issue then that is a company this is hiding something.

That is my opinion but the facts speak for themselves.

NO! I ordered from the Netherlands.
I ordered it on march 9.
First date in the tracking is march 13 and last is march 24 that it has arrived at international airport to abroad.
I have a local tracking number but that one is still not available. 
I'm very curious when they will finaly come.

I am in the USA and the scan updated today that the item has departed from China on 3/30/2022.  So the package sat around for 6 days before even leaving the company. When contacting the companythey insist it has shipped and to wait a few more days. 

Well a few weeks have passed and still nothing. This is such a poor way of treating customers.

I have asked for a response from their  executive office but nothing has been sent to me. Clearly, earfun does not care about the customer by providing accurate information. This makes me wonder if the product is any good at all.

I just watched and it says it is in Belgium now.
Curious when it really will arive in the Netherlands.
I think it's bizar that the shipment information was recieved march 13 and arrived at the airport more than a week later. And again almost a week later finaly in Europe.
The buds must be perfect or else.... hahahah

Haven't received mine either, but I'm not surprised since it's a preorder and they don't have enough products in their EU and US warehouses yet. Which is why it shipped from China.

Sure, but their website did say shipped from a US warehouse or EU warehouse for those orders but that was not the case. 

They have now changed that but a bit late for us that ordered with the understanding the items would arrive in about 1 week. 

Who ever monitors this board, from earfun, does not about the customers either as very few responses on multiple  conversations.

Not impressed at all with earfun on how they are handling this or not even responding to basic questions here.
