Every time i try to conect my erbuds to the earfun app it crashes and sends me back to the "add product" padge, what do i do?

We are afraid that the EarFun Audio App is currently only compatible with the latest Air Pro SV, Air S and Free 2S. It couldn't manage the previous model due to the software or firmware differences between different earbuds. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
