Hi, I'm having connection issues  with my left earbud and resetting it.  I can use it to change modes (ambient, noise canceling, normal) but no audio comes out. I can hear the voice telling me I've switched modes in that earbud but I can't hear music and whatnot in that earbud. The issue with this is no matter what I try I can't reset the earbuds.

I've tried

-Cleaning the contacts,

-Deleting the Bluetooth profile on my phone

-Resetting my phone

-Charging the case

What else should I try?

Hi Friend,

Thank you for choosing EarFun. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Could you please send us your order number and the phone model?

We kindly suggest you reboot your device and then reset and reconnect the earbuds.

Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2. Place both earbuds into the charging case, assuring that the indicator light will flash in white when you place them in the case.

Step 3. Keep the charging case open and double press the charging case button, the pairing indicator will flash white rapidly, just waiting for the flash white transfer to flash white and green alternately, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4. Search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro".

Below is the video link showing the complete steps of resetting and reconnecting for your ref.

If the above methods still could not solve your issues, please email our customer service team via or submit the warranty ticket on our official website: EarFun provides an 18-month warranty for every product. Your satisfaction is always greatly important to us.
