Cannot find Earfun Air S

I can't connect my Earfun Air S since I lost old phone. I try to reset/ disconnect... but  it doesn't work.

Blue  light blinking when I open the charging case but no device found on bluetooth: Laptop, Galaxy S22+, Galaxy S23 Ultra,... sometime friend's phone.

Pls help me, because i love my Earfun Air S, even though it only has one  Right :)

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry to hear that. 


We kindly suggest you fully charge the earbud, reboot your devices and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:


Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2. Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3. Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 8 seconds until the LED indicator on both earbuds flash in purple.

Step 4. Search and reconnect “EarFun Air S".

Dear  CS team,

Unfortunately, I only have one  Right earbud. Leftear is missing.

Looks like your instructions are only responsive when I have the whole full set earbuds. 😥
