Hi there,

I'm a bit confused because the manual says that the charge is  over 30%  when the led on the charging case turns from red to green.  However, If I leave the USB cable attached to the case for, say a couple of hours or for the night, the led on the charging case has turned red again - indicating I need to charge the earbuds. But when I disconnect the USB cable, the led turns green again. And I've noticed some variation  on how long I can use the earbuds before I get the "battery low" warning.  What does  the red light indicate in this case? That the charge is 100%. Wouldn't it be simpler if there was a different color led for indicating that the charge is 100%?

Hi friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the late reply.

When the case is charging, the indicator light will be solid red; and when the indicator light turns green, it means the case is fully charged.  It normally takes 2 hours for the case to be fully charged via USB cable.

After removing the charging cable, you can judge the battery level of the charging case via the color of the indicator by opening or closing the case.

Kindly note that the concrete battery lasting time may vary by the volume level and audio content (Apps) you set.

Sincerely,
