I'm about to give these Earfun Pro 4 a one star on Amazon just one week after purchasing can't hear anything on Facebook Messenger YouTube calls anything!!!
I restart Android phone, pair unpair the earphones, all volume on phone is at 100% pairing completed.
I can hear the earbuds saying "normal" or "Connected" but after that on YouTube I cannot hear anything coming from the phone.
Facebook messenger volume is extremely low and can't be increased anyway since the phone settings are all at maximum already!
The app doesn't have volume key and there is no volume up button on the earbuds.
Okay I finally managed to reset the earbuds and now it works but the idiotic thing is that the reset button is exactly the same color like the case, so it is absolutely not obvious that there is a reset button at all!!! next time you should Mark that more clearly when you make that earbuds case!
