Connecting ear buds

Hi, I lost one of my ear fun air buds and have managed to buy a spare bud from someone to replace the lost one. I can't connect them to each other though. Have tried the reset button in each case and tried holding each bud for ages but nothing.

Any advice on what to do to pair these two buds from different cases?
