Constant connection issues

My Earfun Air Pro 3's have been having constant issues over the past few weeks and now they aren't connecting to my device no matter how many times I try the whole reset process. 

The left ear bud seemed to be having some type of issue where it played for a bit then disconnected automatically. I've even tried cleaning the contact points multiple times but the issue still persisted, and now we're at this point where both of them won't even connect.

Deleting the device from my Bluetooth saves and trying to pair over like it was a new device didn't work either, the air buds go into pair mode and the device doesn't pick them up until they switch from glowing purple to flashing blue and nothing happens.

I don't know if there was a firmware update that I may have missed , but it would be hard to know as I'm unable to connect to the phone to even check.

Any advice would be helpful.
