When connected to surface pro 5 in low latency mode (tried with another laptop also) I can hear annoying crackling sound.  No crackling sound when turned off low latency mode. Any idea why this happen? already updated all driver on my surface pro 5.

I've been expirencing the same, actually for me the low latency mode doesn't work most of the time. i can't hear a sound. having other connectivity issues as well. maybe a software upgrade can solve it but it's a tedious process.

Not sure how to get into low latency mode but I am getting heaps of crackling when iPhone is connected via bluetooth. Really annoying.

Press the bluetooth pairing button twice simultaneously and it will activate the low latency mode (you will see a white indicator above the bluetooth button). I can confirm that my unit also has the crackles in low latency mode (i'm with the latest firmware 0.4.5). I'm not sure if the issue was present before i updated the firmware. But i hope that they will fix it with another update.
