Thanks for choosing EarFun.

1. Forcefully clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case with an alcoholic cotton swab/alcohol-dipped cleaning stick.

2. Rub them with clean napkins and press the earbuds with force to eliminate loose contact with the case.

3. Use the charging cable to charge the case and earbuds for 2 hours.

4. Reset the earbuds.

Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2: Put both earbuds into the charging case, close the lid, and wait for 30 seconds.

Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the button on the case for at least 10 seconds until both earbuds status LED indicators inside the case flash white rapidly. The earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4: Reactivate Bluetooth to reconnect "EarFun Air Pro 4" until the white light flashes slowly.

If the above method still could not solve your issues, please kindly send us your order number to our customer service team: service@myearfun.com or submit the warranty ticket on our official website: https://www.myearfun.com/process-warranty.

Sincerely,

EarFun

This is still a problem even after taking the steps above. This is a software issue on the Earfun side, as the same issue occurs on Android (Google Pixel 8) and Apple (Macbook Pro M4).

While the earbuds are great, they stay connected even after putting into the case. I have to manually disconnect through the bluetooth controls on my device.
