Earfun Air Pro 3 can't connect with app after upgrade latest firmware

After  I upgraded the latest firmware, my Air Pro 3  can't connect to my PC or the Earfun app.

The previous version of firmware is doing fine. Is there any way to downgrade the firmware version without connecting to the application?

Thank you.

EDIT: After 2 days, everything suddenly works fine. I don't know what is the reasons.

I had the same issue I was logged in  and nothing shows up and I can't add. So try logging out the skipping login . Then try adding in the app.  if it works then it's a work around until the fix it on the server side or don't log in as I don't think you need to be to update firmware and make adjustments.
